1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the dewi21 platform — whether by visiting the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any service offered by dewi21 — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this platform, form the complete agreement between you and dewi21 with respect to your use of the services. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2.3 dewi21 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.4 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dewi21 platform and contact our support team to close your account.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use dewi21, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes;
3. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or as an agent for any third party;
4. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
5. You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access online betting services;
6. You have not been previously excluded from the platform, self-excluded, or had an account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions;
7. You are not a current employee, director, or close family member of an employee or director of dewi21 or any of its associated service providers.

3.2 dewi21 is primarily designed to serve players located in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.3 dewi21 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without obligation to refund any deposits where prohibited conduct is found.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on dewi21. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a working mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. dewi21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify dewi21 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our team at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

4.5 dewi21 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account was registered with false or misleading information, or that the member poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 dewi21 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the authorization of any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or at dewi21's discretion at any time.

5.2 Members will be required to submit the following documentation as part of the KYC process:

• Primary ID: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid Indonesian passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months;
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary ID document next to your face, taken at the time of submission;
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).

5.3 KYC documents are reviewed within 1–24 hours on business days. dewi21 may request additional documentation if submitted materials are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with account registration details.

5.4 Withdrawal requests submitted while KYC verification is pending will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. dewi21 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or failed KYC submissions.

5.5 All KYC documentation is handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

dewi21 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. dewi21 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of account ownership. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours of request approval, on a best-efforts basis. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on dewi21 is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to the member's current VIP tier and account verification status.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on dewi21 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Members are responsible for any charges imposed by their bank or payment provider in connection with their transactions.

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 180 days or more. dewi21 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Dormant account balances will not fall below zero as a result of administrative fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 dewi21 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

7.2 Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) of 5x the total bonus amount on qualifying sports betting markets, or 20x on qualifying casino and slot games, before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and potential account closure.

7.4 dewi21 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are actively subject to wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed without reasonable cause.

7.5 The following bet types and game categories do not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms:

• Bets placed at odds of less than 1.50 (decimal) on single match outcomes;
• Both-teams-to-score and correct score markets on select competitions;
• Progressive jackpot slot games;
• Live casino side bets;
• Togel lottery markets (unless the promotion is specifically designated for togel play).

7.6 Bonus funds are awarded in good faith for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts will be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 10.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets placed on dewi21 are final once confirmed. dewi21 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already registered in the system, except where a manifest error has occurred (see clause 8.4 below).

8.2 dewi21 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion where it determines that the bet was placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances that constitute a violation of these Terms.

8.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on sports markets are available on qualifying leagues and events. The minimum number of selections for a mix parlay wager is three (3). If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided due to postponement or cancellation of the relevant event, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

8.4 Manifest Errors: Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault, human data entry error, or third-party data feed failure, dewi21 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's account balance. dewi21 will make a reasonable effort to notify affected members promptly.

8.5 All togel lottery results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the respective international market pools (SGP, HKG, SDY, MAC, etc.) and published in real time on the dewi21 platform. dewi21 does not influence or determine lottery results.

8.6 Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer draws in studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Game results are final and non-negotiable once confirmed by the relevant game system.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 dewi21 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total funds that may be deposited;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying members of time spent on the platform;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited voluntary account closure for members who feel their gambling has become problematic.

9.2 To activate any responsible gaming tool, members should contact our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9.3 dewi21 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds held pending investigation. dewi21 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewi21 platform and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform to launder money or to obscure the origin of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without human interaction;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any form of sports fraud;
• Coordinating play across multiple accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dewi21 staff or other members via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the dewi21 platform without written authorization.

10.2 dewi21 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, game providers, and, where legally required, law enforcement agencies to identify and act upon prohibited conduct.

11 Limitations of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewi21 shall not be liable to any member or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the dewi21 platform or its services.

11.2 dewi21 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures — may result in temporary unavailability of services. dewi21 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

11.3 dewi21 is not responsible for any bets that fail to register due to connection interruptions on the member's end, including but not limited to mobile data dropouts, Wi-Fi disconnections, or browser crashes.

11.4 In all cases where dewi21 is found liable for damages, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the dewi21 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dewi21 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No rights beyond those explicitly granted herein are conveyed.

12.3 Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any dewi21 content without express prior written consent from dewi21 is strictly prohibited.

13 Privacy & Data

13.1 dewi21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13.2 dewi21 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only where strictly necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors for transaction verification or with licensed game providers for game delivery.

14 Amendments

14.1 dewi21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to members. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at dewi21.cam/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the dewi21 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law

15.1 dewi21 operates as an internationally licensed offshore online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewi21 holds its operating license.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the platform's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local laws of the member's country of residence provide otherwise.

15.3 dewi21 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their country of residence. Use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the member's own risk.
